Customer service is top-notch with Made in the Shade! I ordered blinds from them about 2 years ago and shortly afterward my grandson damaged the blinds. I assumed that I was just out of luck but, as luck would have it, I ran into Derek and Odet at the Home Show in Providence. When I told them my story they were eager to help me out. They remembered me and looked up the transaction on the spot. Then they told me they are ordering a replacement at once. I thought that they meant they would replace the one slat that was damaged but, as it turned out, Derek came and replaced (and installed) the entire blind. Thank you both for you professionalism, service and for the quality of your product!
