Customer service is top-notch with Made in the Shade! I ordered blinds from them about 2 years ago and shortly afterward my grandson damaged the blinds. I assumed that I was just out of luck but, as luck would have it, I ran into Derek and Odet at the Home Show in Providence. When I told them my story they were eager to help me out. They remembered me and looked up the transaction on the spot. Then they told me they are ordering a replacement at once. I thought that they meant they would replace the one slat that was ...
